Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Damaged Product Upon Delivery: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement.
  • Missing Items Upon Delivery: If items are missing from your order as confirmed by the shipping invoice, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement for the missing items.

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage or missing items. Refund requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

    • Replacement: Shipment of a replacement product (subject to availability) at no additional cost to you.
